Like India , US is also a democracy and it  follows that some evils of democracy , they are not immune from. The pressure from some strong politicians has probably tied the hands of chief of Federal Reserve. Other than  Stimulus and dollar weakening, there seems no options left for US at this jncture with heavy indebtedness.  Of course , Big lenders like china & Japan have no alternate securities available to substitute for U S treasury bonds and will continue to hold these stocks. Probaby , it is good for US to buy back long term debt . But will they do it is a billion dollar question.

What does this mean to coutries like India? probaly positive. India growth story more or less intact , political situation improving as a result of awareness among citizens on intalerable level of Corruption and popular movments for cleaning the systems , will improve India's image  among the international community. This will naturally bring investment seeking Higher returns  into our Country. Our prodctivity, young polulation , Democratic set up , strong Reglations and banking & financial systems all supplment India's legitimate right to become next super power.

China is a greatest concern area for India. China has already built up a buble in infrastructure and slowly awareness on rights is coming in the country. Their under valed currency and low labour cost , govt subsidy all  have made them very competitive in all low tech areas. Their nuclear and military bild up, relation with PAk, Road constructions at the border , border dispute and earlier experience of back stabbing by them all is a major concern for India. International community mainly US , on account of their economic ows may not be in a position to tame or make them to find reason with regard to good relation with INdia. India needs to build up nuclear capabilities as a deterrent against China. For this, we need to be assertive with western countries on  our right to develop nuclear capabilities as  a detterent against irritant /adventurous neighbours. Like china, we should assert ourselves with US on matters of our national interest.

Hope , Congress Govt develops some courage to this. for this , probably we need Our central govt should be bold , confident and courageous and a prime minister not older than 65 years of age, to be energetic and keep our house neat and assert ourselves in all international forums.
