1. Get up early by 5 to 5.30 AM
2. Drink Two Glasses of warm water- add lime and honey if you eant to reduce weight
3. have Brisk walk with deep breath(stomach pulled inside) for 20-30 minutes
4. Meditation/ pranayama for 20 Minutes - any kind of breathing excercise
5. Go to bed early. before retiring to bed drink One glass of warm water.
6.Drink atleast two liters of liquid per day.
7. Keep your mind cool. Relax with long ,deep breath at frequent intervals.
