we must congratulate Ms. Ashima Goyal for highlighting a very pertinent issue at apt time.
Asian countries should understand the monopolistic and partisan play
of Europe in IMFand co-ordinate for a  Candidate from Asia acceptable to the global community.

She has rightly pointed out talence is not the monopoly fo Europe and  " Accountability for many crises implies next IMF chief must not be from Europe"
We were hearing Monteks name for some time . Her suggestion of singapore minister of indian origin needs attention from politicians ,specially, PM.

Hope concerned  will take note.
